I am a first time homebuyer and Jill was so understand and so helpful. I would ask her questions and she never made me feel dumb for asking. She really took the time to educate me and make sure I was making all the right decisions. The process was easy and everything went smoothly. I would recommend Jill to anyone if they are thinking about buying a home!

We switched lenders in the middle of the transaction. Jill and Eileen were prompt and professional and we closed on time.

Cant base it off any thing since it the first time of doing this .. not so happy about extending the closing date and having to put everything in storage or extend month to month with current apartment .. but other then that i got the condo in the end so , it worked out .

Doing everything online. But we didn't like the "rush-rush-rush - drop everything in your life and sign these papers", so then we could wait 2-3 days to hear back from any one =/
