Jill has been absolutely amazing over the almost one year I have been working with her on my mortgage to get a home on my own for the first time (previously was married) and she could not have been better at helping me during every step of the process. Importantly, she kept track of every item I gave her and never asked for the same thing twice (this is the first time I have ever experienced that!).

From the start - Jill was thorough in explaining market trajectory, factors at play for rates, etc. She was attentive and patient to all my questions and concerns. Lastly but arguably, the most important she was communicative and made herself readily available via all platforms (e-mail, phone, text). I never felt "in the dark" or unsure where we were on the process. All around, Jill and team were the best! She made the entire process as seamless as possible. With minor hiccups on our end and as we quickly hit the 28 day mark of escrow, Jill and team were able to pull all the strings and made closing at the 30 day escrow possible. Aside from getting our first home, I feel like I learned so much in these last 30+ days. Thank you so much to Jill and team! Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Zipcode recorded incorrectly which required I go through the entire process again on my own time The loan that I “secured” fell through the day before closing and closing was delayed The new loan required a larger down payment and I ultimately used a different source of funds to get the house
